The easiest way to get a refund is to go to the e-mail you got confirming your
order. Find the customer service link in the message. Click it, then go to your browser. Choose "More Options" in the list and then click the button next to "Refund Request." Fill in the reason and send.
- Our refund policy is unconditional. You
don't have to tell us your reason, but if you don't mind, you may help us

- If you can't find your confirmation

line. Tell us your name (which should be the same name you used when you bought the project), which mission project you bought and the date you bought it
(or approximate date). We can process your request faster if you also
tell us the e-mail address you entered when you made your payment.
